independent retirement living apartments
located on the Bethesda of Beresford
Campus.
No investment, endowment or entrance fee is required to move into an apartment in Bethesda Inn. There are 16 apartments, 10 are two bedroom (860 sq. ft.) and 6 one bedroom (627 sq. ft.). The apartments are rented on a monthly basis and a one month security deposit will be required upon signing the rental agreement. Heated garages are available for an additional charge.
