Unique independent retirement living apartments. No investment, endowment or entrance fee is required to move into an apartment in Bethesda Inn.  There are 16 apartments, 10 are two bedroom (860 sq. ft.) and 6 one bedroom (627 sq. ft.).  The apartments are rented on a monthly basis and a one month security deposit will be required upon signing the rental agreement.  Heated garages are available for an additional charge.

All Apartments Include:

  • Utilities (except phone and extended cable TV services)
  • Common area living/meeting room and kitchen
  • Smoke detectors and fire alarms
  • Lockable storage area for each apartment (located near garage area)
  • Garbage pickup
  • Building and grounds maintenance
  • Housekeeper (up to 1 hr/month)
  • Washer/dryer hookup in each apartment
  • Range, refrigerator, dishwasher & garbage disposal.
  • Concrete patio with French doors
  • Shower safety bar and seat
  • Individual heating and cooling controls
  • Oak cabinets and trim

Additional Fee Services:

  • Noon & evening meals by Bethesda Dietary
  • Attached indoor heated parking garages
  • Therapy Services (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech/Language Pathology)
